Every Haight-Ashbury Street Fair (HASF) has its own poster image since the event began in 1978. Each poster reflects the many facets that make this event memorable and one of the most anticipated events in San Francisco. Many of our posters have become Collector Items (good luck finding an original print of Poster #1).
The 2012 HASF Poster Contest is now open to anyone who dreams of having their poster artwork chosen as the official 35th Annual Haight-Ashbury Street Fair (6/10/2012) poster. The winning entry will become the newest additon to the Haight-Ashbury Street Fair Poster Collection.
Deadline to enter the poster contest is Thursday, April 12, 2012. Ten finalists from the submitted poster artworks will be chosen and publicly exhibited at RVCA, 1485 Haight Street. Besides the winning entry, runner-ups will become part of the 2012 HASF Postcard Collection.
