Booth Information

The 31st Annual Haight-Ashbury Street Fair will take
place on Sunday, June 8, 2008, from 11 am until 5:30 pm.

One of the most important components of the street fair is the Vendor’s Booths.  Occupying the long stretch of Haight Street, the vending booths offer street fair attendees the opportunity to meander from both ends of the street fair and sample the variety of goods and services being offered.  These goods range from arts & crafts to import goods to clothing of various designs and styles to unique items such as artworks and knickknacks.  Also providing an important role are the food vendors that offer a variety of foods types such as BBQ, ethnic foods and simple or exotic beverages.  And, most importantly, the HASF offers non-profit organizations and service groups a chance to conduct outreach campaigns in order to expand their support base.  All of these types of booth vendors are an integral to the success of the annual street fair and we welcome their participation.

We are implementing a new feature to the “Booth Info” section is the Vendor’s Map.  This map illustrates the booth layout and occupancy.  Website visitors can check for booth space availability or the location of specific vendor or organization.  This map will be updated on a weekly basis up to a week prior to the 2008 street fair.

Another feature of the Vendor’s Map is the inclusion of a Vendor’s Info Window.  This window will contain information the name of vendor, a brief summation of services or goods being offered. Website visitors can click on a specific booth space and read this information.  We hope this will add more visibility for our vendors and the services they being offer and a better scope of the street fair for our website visitors.

Advanced Booth Sales Closed

Advance purchases for booth spaces at the 31st Annual Haight Ashbury Street Fair is now closed.  We are no longer accepting Food Vendors for this year's street fair.  Based on availability, any spare booth space will go on sale at the corner of Haight and Clayton on the morning of June 8, 2008, at 9 am.
