Become a Sponsor for the 2008 HASF

The Haight-Ashbury Street Fair is seeking Sponsorship for its 31st Annual Street Fair. The street fair will take place on Sunday, June 8, 2008, from 11:00 am until 5:30 pm.  The event will take place on Haight Street from Masonic Avenue to Stanyan Street and features an array of vending booths, food booths, community outreach booths and zany & unique exhibitons.  The HASF also presents two musical stages - Masonic Stage (HAIGHT/MASONIC) and Stanyan Stage (HAIGHT/STANYAN).  Both stages host live entertainment that ranges from Rock N' Roll and other genres.  This year, the HASF will be including an area designed for families with children.  "The Children's Alley" will be located on Belvedere Street just off of Haight Street and will host children's activities such as games (with prizes), entertainment and other surprises. And a "Green Belt" area will be set up to promote GREEN business and services.

Levels of Sponsorships

Supporting Sponsor - $2,500

  • Company Logo on HASF website, posters & promotions
  • 1 Booth 10'x20' (second 10'x10' booth optional at $250)
  • 6 VIP passes to backstage area of Stanyan Street Stage
  • Inclusion on Supporting Sponsorship Banners at Stanyan Street Stage
  • One year license to use the name "Haight-Ashbury Street Fair" in company advertising & promotions

Major Sponsor - $10,000 - $15,000 (2 max.)Includes all of the benefits mentioned in the "Supporting Sponsor" plus:

  • A set of booths (10x20') on both sides of the street fair (up to 3 more booths for $100 each)
  • Title Sponsor on both the Masonic & Stanyan Stages
  • Title Sponsor on handbills & PSA

HASF "Children's Alley" Main Sponsorship - $5,000

Sponsorship terms are open to negotiations. However, the HASF Board of Directors must approve all agreements and it retains all rights of ownership, management and licensing of the Haight-Ashbury Street Fair and its affiliated events, programs, activities and promotions. The HASF is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization (Fed. #20-5230223). Contributions are tax deductable. Please direct all Sponsorship inquiries to Robert M.
