2010 Sponsorship Opportunities

The annual Haight-Ashbury Street Fair (HASF) will be celebrating its 33rd community celebration and we invite you to be an active participant. This yearly festive and free civic event is designed to pay tribute to the cultural and historical contributions of San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury District.

There are a number of ways to participate at our street fair. Below are the various levels available for businesses, organizations and individuals to become part of the 2010 Haight-Ashbury Street Fair. Each level contains a brief summary and its related fees and benefits.

Levels of Sponsorships

2010 HASF Stage Sponsor - $2,500 (2 Sponsors per Stage max.)

Help support LIVE MUSIC!  Stage Sponsors will help HASF bring live entertainment to the three 2010 stages - Masonic Stage; Stanyan Stage; and The Children's Alley Stage.  Funds raised in this category will go toward stage, sound equipment and other production expenses.

BENEFITS:

  • Company Logo & Website Link on HASF website under "Stage Sponsor". 
  • 1 Booth 10'x10 (second 10'x10' booth optional at $250).  Booth space may be donated to non-profit group of Sponsor's choice.
  • 4 VIP passes to backstage areas of Stanyan & Masonic Stages.
  • 1 HASF 2010 Street Pole Banner with Sponsor Name & Logo. 
  • Inclusion on Sponsorship Banners at Stanyan & Masonic Stages
  • One year license to use the HASF's Name & Logo* in company advertising & promotions.

2010 HASF Supporting Sponsor - $4,000 - $6,000 (2 max.)
The Supporting Sponsors will enable HASF to undetake the tasks necessary in preparing for the 33rd Annual Haight-Ashbury Street Fair.  Funds raised in this category willl ensure that Security, Medical Services, Administrative Staff and other pre-production requirements are in place for a successful free civic event.

BENEFITS:

  • Company Logo & Website Link on HASF website under "Supporting Sponsor". 
  • 2 Booth 10'x10 spaces (one on each end of the street fair).  Booth spaces may be donated to a non-profit group of the Sponsor's choice.
  • 6 VIP passes to backstage areas of Stanyan & Masonic Stages.
  • 2 HASF 2010 Street Pole Banners with Sponsor Name & Logo. 
  • Inclusion on Sponsorship Banners at Stanyan & Masonic Stages
  • One year license to use the HASF's Name & Logo* in company advertising & promotions.

2010 HASF Major Sponsor - $10,000 - $15,000

The Major Sponsor plays a vital role for the 33rd Annual Haight-Ashbury Street Fair.  Under the Major Sponsor's leadership and guidance, HASF will maximize it ability to conduct successful and professional publicity, organizational and marketing campaigns that are key for a memorable and festive production.

  • Company Logo & Website Link on HASF website under "Major Sponsor". 
  • 2 Booth 10'x20 spaces (one on each end of the street fair).  Booth spaces may be donated to a non-profit group of the Sponsor's choice.
  • 12 VIP passes to backstage areas of Stanyan & Masonic Stages.
  • 4 HASF 2010 Street Pole Banners with Sponsor Name & Logo. 
  • Inclusion on Sponsorship Banners at Stanyan & Masonic Stages
  • One year license to use the HASF's Name & Logo* in company advertising & promotions.

Sponsorship terms are open to negotiations. However, the HASF Board of Directors must approve all agreements and it retains all rights of ownership, management and licensing of the Haight-Ashbury Street Fair and its affiliated events, programs, activities and promotions. The HASF is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization (Fed. #20-5230223). Contributions are tax deductable. Please direct all Sponsorship inquiries to Robert M.
