✅ Vendor Categories & Fees (Early Bird Rates Through August 1, 2026)
Based in the Haight – $375
(For local merchants or residents within Haight-Ashbury district; proof required)
🟡 All booth spaces are 10’x10’. Additional booths may be requested (fees apply per booth).
⚠️ Please Note:
You must provide your own tent, tables, chairs, and power. HASF provides booth space only.
All displays, merchandise, and storage must fit inside your designated booth footprint—sidewalk use is strictly prohibited.
Generator use must be declared at the time of application. Day-of approvals are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Booth placement requests may be made but are not guaranteed.
Load-in begins at 7:00 AM ends 9:00 AM. All vendors must vacate by 6:00 PM sharp.
🚫 No amplified music, DJs, or performances allowed at booth spaces.
🎪 Tents must be properly weighted and secured—no stakes allowed.

🔥 Vendor Categories & Fees:
Grill Cooking Booth (Open Flame/BBQ Style)
10’x30’ space – $1,400
$200 maintenance fee per booth
Each vendor is responsible for providing their own setup (tent, tables, fire extinguisher, cooking gear, etc.). Propane use and generators must be approved in advance and meet all safety regulations.

No cooking under tent canopies
All vendors must fully vacate by 6:00 PM
Booths must remain within assigned dimensions
Final food prep stops by 4:45 PM sharp
🛑 Violation of health, fire, or event guidelines may result in removal from the event and disqualification from future participation.
